What is Rapidwash?

Rapidwash is an e-technology powered Laundry and Dry cleaning company providing eco-friendly and Cost-effective services at your door step.

What all services are available?

We are a one stop shop for all your cleaning needs. We offer Laundry service, Dry cleaning service, special services for shoes, toys and accessories cleaning, and onsite services such as Car Care and Home Care. Visit our services page to learn more.

Who cleans the clothes?

We understand how important taking care of your clothing is to you. We have hired a team of experienced and dedicated Wash care experts. We ensure that each and every order is treated with care.

How do I book my order?

Booking and order with us is easy and convenient. You can either visit our services page, place an order through our app, Whatsapp us or Call us directly.

What are your service timings?

Our pickup and delivery services are available from 08:00 AM till 08:00 PM, everyday.

Can I select a time preference?

Yes! You can choose from multiple time slots that are available for pickup and delivery.

I have booked an order. What happens next?

We will let you know before we arrive for the scheduled pickup. Just ensure that your clothes and other items are sorted for pickup. We will pick it up in a Rapidwash bag. Once the pickup is done, you will receive a confirmation of the pickup. Now, you can enjoy the day!

Should I separate my laundry and dry cleaning?

Yes. We offer laundry and dry cleaning as two different services. It is advised that you separate them before our arrival in different Rapidwash bags.

How do I get a Rapidwash bag?

Rapidwash bags are provided to our customers who have opted for subscription services after the first order is completed. For the first order, our associate will bring the Rapidwash bags.

Do I need to point out stains?

Yes. While we inspect and check your order before cleaning to identify and treat stains, we would expect you to highlight the stains for better understanding. If we need any clarification, we will contact you.

How do I know what kind of service/ process treatment is required for my garment(s)?

You don’t have to worry about this. Our wash care experts will guide you on the kind of service/ treatment process required.

Can I reschedule my order pickup or delivery?

Yes. You can reschedule pickup and/ or delivery before you get delivery notification. Kindly call our Customer Support for rescheduling.

Can I ask you to leave the schedule a pickup/ delivery from a different location?

We can pickup/ deliver from your office or home address. Only one address is maintained in our system for you. However, if we are asked to pickup/ deliver from security, reception or concierge, we will not be responsible for the any damages or losses. We will ensure that you are intimated immediately once the pickup/ delivery is completed.

I need my order earlier than the regular delivery. What can I do?

We offer “Express Service” for faster-than-usual deliveries at an additional price. Visit our "service upgrades" page to learn more.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, but only before the order is picked. Cancellation request after pickup is completed will not be accepted.

What is your Turnaround Time?

Our TAT is 24-48 hours for Laundry Services and 72 hours for Dry Cleaning Services. We also offer. Delivery for other services may vary as per quantity supplied. We offer “Express Service” for faster-than-usual deliveries at an additional price. Visit our services page to learn more.

How do I know the total amount charged?

You can estimate your tentative amount using price list. An itemized receipt will be provided to you before delivery. It will contain the final amount along with applicable taxes. In case of subscriptions, the package amount will be charged. If any garment is not under the subscription, the product will be billed separately. There are NO additional charges for pickup and delivery.

How and when do I pay for my order?

An itemized invoice will be generated and sent to you before delivery. Our system accepts cash, online payment, credit/debit card, net banking or other wallets. We also have Rapidwash wallet which you can recharge and use as per services availed.

Are there items that you don’t clean?

Unfortunately there are certain items that we cannot accept such as under garments, and items contaminated with bodily fluids, moisture, hazardous chemicals etc. Reach our Customer Support team for further clarifications.

Do you clean speciality items?

Please reach out to us and let us know what type of item you are looking to clean. In case it is out of our expertise, we would be happy to offer suggestions and/ or recommendations.

I liked the service. How can I repeat my order?

You can take one of our subscriptions. We offer discounted rates for various packages.

What kind of chemicals do you use?

We are committed to Quality and Nature. We use eco-friendly organic chemicals procured from India, Germany and USA.

What if my garments get damaged or misplaced?

This is highly unlikely. We work with highly integrated technology and worldwide tested chemicals to avoid any such instance. In such scenarios, we will reimburse Five (5) times the price we charge for the services availed on the product. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

What areas do you serve?

We are currently available in Gurugram, Haryana only.
